    1. through voluntarily entered information in contact forms;
    2. by storing "cookies" in the final devices (so-called "cookies");
    3. by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator home.pl.

III. What personal data do we process?

  1. Administrator processes information provided voluntarily by the User.
  2. The Administrator uses personal data (name, email address, telephone number) collected via the Website, in particular a contact form and a telephone contact of the User.
  3. The data provided in the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of issuing an invoice, bill or conducting financial reporting.
  4. The data provided in the contact form may be processed for voluntary and informed consent of the User for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process the service request or business contact.

VI. Information about the hosting server logs
  1. Information about certain behaviors of Users is subject to the server layer. These data are used only to administer the Website and to ensure the most efficient service of hosting services.
  2. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the subscription may be subject to:
    1. time of arrival of the inquiry;
    2. time to send a response;
    3. name of the client station – dentification performed by the HTTP protocol;
    4. URL address of the page previously visited by the User (so-called "referer link") – in the case when the Website was accessed via a link;

  4. Contact forms are secured in 2 ways (data validation verification):

    2. on the side of the hosting server (PHP).
  5. The technical and organizational measures applied by the Administrator ensure protection of the processed data in accordance with the security measures that meet the requirements of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 133, item 883, as amended).
IX. Users' rights
  1. You have the right to inspect your personal data, rectify them and stop processing in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

  3. By using the contact form, you accept the consent to the processing of your personal data with the content provided in the form.
X. Final Provisions
  1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy, as long as the applicable law requires it or the technological conditions of the Website operation change.
